Surfers Paradise

Lost Kingdom

Lost Kingdom is an otherworldly urban sanctuary, the likes of which the Gold Coast has never experienced before. The very new addition to the local nightlife scene features lush greenery and bamboo throughout, with moodily-lit corridors that lead you to the final destination – which is obviously the bar and dancefloor. It’s a jungle-themed venue that quickly developed a reputation for being the home for very good nights out. You can expect stylish dancefloors, seated areas, VIP booths and a treasure chest of cocktails all night long.

Taboo Tiki specialises in rum, and is known by locals for its rum-based tropical cocktails. You’ll also find all the classic crowd-favourites on the menu – so you’ll want to keep an eye out for the festoon lights and neon tiki-head sign that mark the entry to this bar.

The Cavil Hotel has undergone a complete transformation to boast a contemporary fit out, entirely new dining experience, living sporting action and a state-of-the-art gaming lounge. Finn McCools Irish Bar

There is just something about all things Irish. From the people and the Guinness to the actual country itself, you really can’t beat a good dose of Irish. While the Gold Coast might be quite the distance from Ireland, Surfer’s Paradise is home to the next best thing – Finn McCools Irish Bar. This new bar is the younger sibling to the Brisbane version that goes by the same name and is quickly becoming a crowd-favourite for its delicious pub grub, array of tasty beverages and all the live music. If you want to catch a live game of sport in any code, this is where you’ll want to park yourself for the evening. Be sure to tuck into a classic Irish meal from the traditional menu too – the Beef and Guinness pie is our personal favourite.
